Letter to a President : Compliment and Pressing Matters

Letter to a President : Compliment and Pressing Matters

Dear Mr. President,

I am hoping this letter will find you in good health and high spirits. Today, I am writing my thoughts and concerns about important issues that are very close to my deepest soul.

First, I would like to command your commitment to public service and the leadership to our dear nation. However, I believe that there are many pressing matters that need the government to have an effective solution.

One of the major issues we are dealing with and controversial until now is the corruption which haven't any solution that needed to take an action, which has been a source of concern for Filipino people. Corruption can result in reduced economic competition as the powerful people favor firms that pay them bribes — for instance, it is to give them an unfair treatment in acquiring factories that state or to secure a contract from a store.

In addition, poverty is another example of pressing matters that needed a valuable resolution. On behalf of the Filipino people who are experiencing this uncomfortable situation of matter, we hope that the government and the agency of ours can help us to stand on end. Drug abuse, crime, and finally unemployment is another vital matter that I stand requires an immediate action.
